SPOILERS INCLUDED!!!This series has consistently gotten better with each book. There were a lot of turning points for many of the characters in this book and it was difficult to read at certain points. I know authors kill characters for storyline purposes, but it doesn't always make for happy endings. I will be anxious to read the next book to find out how the stories are going to progress. I was hesistnat about starting this book because I knew that would happen too! Overall, I have found myself enjoying Faythe and seeing her mature as a future leader. Marc is still one of my favorites and he and Faythe are meant to be together. Jace is another character I want to see have a happy ending because he deserves it too. I would recommend this series to anyone that likes reading urban fantasy books with a strong romance element in them (like me)!!!
